I’ve got some bad news for you about this election. When it comes to fixing your life, it doesn’t matter who gets elected. You better plan on doing it yourself. The sooner you come to terms with that, the better. Translation: if you’re broke before the election, there’s a good chance you’ll continue being broke after the election if you aren’t hustling and are being careless with your money. No president, senator, or congressman is going to be able to save you from that.
With the 2016 presidential elections going on, much debate is currently swirling around the topic of whether or not to raise the current federal minimum wage standard. Whenever I consider the question, my immediate response is not simply, “no”, but instead, “HECK NO”. In fact, if I was in charge of passing legislation, I would abolish the minimum wage standard entirely. Now stay with me…does this mean I don’t care about people who work 40 hours a week and are struggling to make ends meet? Absolutely not. Allow me to highlight some important key points to explain.
