Original Post – 12/12/2015

I always desire for my posts to feel like a conversation with a good friend. One thing a good friend should do is share things that are working because we can all use a little less crazy if possible.  I see so many of my mommy friends posting about the simultaneous joy and burden of motherhood. We all often feel that nagging voice in the back of our heads telling us we aren’t doing enough, being enough, or giving enough to our families. Yet at the same time we feel like we are giving it all we’ve got and if we try any harder we are going to collapse.
Being a mom is a busy job. It doesn’t matter if you work outside the home, stay at home, or dabble in the art of doing both by working from home. MOMMING IS HARD WORK!!! So how do you bring some sanity to the table? Well, I have found a few tools that work for me. They aren’t a perfect science, but they get the job done.
