Can A Christian Be An Unbeliever?

Have you ever looked at bible verse that you know you have probably read hundreds of times, but suddenly a word sticks out at you like it is in flashing lights? That was how I felt this morning as I read 2 Corinthians 6:14.

 

“Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership can righteousness have with wickedness? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness?”

The Virtue of A Rest Day And What It Can Do For You

“There is virtue in work and there is virtue in rest. Use both and overlook neither.” — Alan Cohen

 

Years ago our family started taking one day a week to rest. We were constantly busy and burning out quickly. Something had to change. We needed to survey our options and see where cutting back was most feasible.  Learning the art of saying no to others and being commitment free one day a week became imperative. We tried to focus on spending quality time together, as well as seizing the opportunity to do as much of nothing as possible.
